Brief info
Yolanda has been working with elderly and disabled persons since 2007. Here at Liberty Health Care Center as the Social Services Director, she helps each resident in meeting their psycho-social needs and living the best possible life. She works closely with PT, OT, ST, and behavior specialists. She is a proud fur mom to a 15-year-old Shih Tzu, Bernard.
